Our goal is to help you recover to your best ability using hands-on techniques and strength and conditioning methods.

Pre and post-operation rehabilitation are two separate components aimed at aiding recovery from surgeries such as joint replacements, ACL, ligament repairs, menisci, rotator cuff repairs, among others. Most surgeons now recommend some pre-op rehab to prepare the body for the recovery process.

  • The pre-op phase marks the beginning of the recovery journey wherein the goal is to strengthen the body and educate the patient for a successful recovery.
  • The other hand, post-op rehab is focused on calming the area down and building strength and confidence to help the patient get back on their feet.
